RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    • Method: Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers bear shipping costs and any associated customs duties, except for defective/damaged products or errors on our part.

  • Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges; customers can return the original item for store credit and place a new order.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Notification: Inform us within 48 hours of receipt with relevant details and supporting documentation.

    • Resolution: We'll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed as store credit.

  • Change of Mind:

    • Return Policy: Standard return policy applies; customer bears return shipping costs.

    • Order Cancellation: Store credit is offered for order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase; no cancellations accepted after 12 hours.
